Designing and planning the space of each room with care and consideration of the client’s requirements needs serious consideration of the budget.  Cambria Design will work diligently to keep the project within the scope of any financial parameters.

Cambria Design will provide drawings of plans, elevations, cabinets and specifications.  All cabinets are detailed, listed and noted on the cabinet plans.  Surface materials, decided by the client, are also specified.  Electrical plans are included and specifications for each appliance or electrical item are also included for kitchen, bathroom or remodeled rooms.

    

Cambria Design is not affiliated with a specific vendor and will recommend and suggest cabinets, appliances, plumbing fixtures and surface materials that enhance the space, update the room and coordinate with the overall home.

Cambria Design will take all plans and detailed information to contractors of choice, discuss the budget and carefully walk through all information. 

 

We will work with the chosen contractor throughout the project, keeping the client and contractor in communication, managing the schedule and ensuring materials are ordered and delivered.
